LucentUI Editor discovers languages from Paymenter’s Allowed Languages setting. English is always shown first as the source and fallback language; there is no fixed four-language limit.

Enable languages

1

Configure Paymenter

In Paymenter settings, enable every language customers should be able to choose.
2

Reload LucentUI Editor

Open or refresh the Editor. Content language lists English followed by the enabled Paymenter languages using their native configured names.
3

Write English source copy

Complete important marketing, auth, homepage, and dashboard fields in English first.
4

Translate each enabled locale

Switch Content language, edit the projected fields, preview that language, then select Save Changes after all intended translations are present.
Switching language does not write to the database and does not discard unsaved copy from the previous language. The form keeps complete locale maps in memory until Save.

Fallback behavior

  1. LucentUI uses the active locale when that translation is non-empty.
  2. Otherwise it uses the English value when an English entry exists.
  3. If no English entry exists, it uses the first non-empty locale value.
  4. An explicitly empty English entry suppresses fallback copy.
Legacy plain-string settings are treated as English, so upgrading does not require a translation migration.

Blocks and global copy

Localized fields exist in three places:
  • Auth Pages for authentication and logout copy.
  • Multilingual Content for global marketing fields retained for compatibility.
  • Homepage and dashboard block fields marked as localized.
Repeater rows such as individual FAQ answers, feature items, testimonials, and tips are currently stored as shared content unless the block field explicitly shows locale-aware editing.

Disabled languages

Non-empty translations for a language are preserved when that language is temporarily disabled in Paymenter. They reappear when it is enabled again.
Verify right-to-left languages in the private preview. LucentUI follows the document direction for navigation, sidebar placement, and layout spacing.
Preserve placeholders such as :name and :provider in every translation. Removing a placeholder prevents the dynamic value from appearing at runtime.
