# Navigation and links

> Configure navbar, sidebar, command palette, custom links, and Discord behavior.

Navigation settings live across **Typography & Layout** and **Navigation & Footer** in
LucentUI Editor.

## Navbar

Choose a shape and alignment, then control whether the cart, notifications, and guest
authentication buttons appear. The theme preserves Paymenter's core routes and adds
custom navbar links after the main links.

Each custom link supports:

* Label
* Relative or absolute URL
* Open in new tab
* Drag-and-drop ordering

## Authenticated sidebar

Choose Floating or Docked sidebar shape. Custom sidebar links support the navbar fields
plus a RemixIcon component name and an optional separator.

```text theme={null}
ri-discord-line
ri-book-open-line
ri-server-line
ri-customer-service-2-line
```

Use an installed RemixIcon name. An invalid name falls back safely but does not provide
the intended visual meaning.

## Sidebar rail and command palette

Authenticated users can collapse the sidebar to an icon rail. The state is stored in the
browser and survives Livewire navigation and reloads.

`Ctrl+K` or `Cmd+K` opens the command palette. It searches available navigation pages,
services, invoices, tickets, and quick actions for the signed-in user. Guest pages do
not load the authenticated command data.

## Language and currency

The navbar language control follows Paymenter's allowed languages. Enable **Show Currency
Code in Language Pill** to display a compact value such as `EN | USD`.

## Discord section

Provide the Discord Server ID and enable Discord's Server Widget to show live community
data. If the widget is unavailable, LucentUI renders the configured fallback member text.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Treat URLs as production configuration. Test relative links, external control-panel
> targets, and new-tab behavior as both a guest and an authenticated client.
